ok if you cycle you get paid $ amount and that amt is split 50/50 so half goes into cycle payment which you can only use to buy more TAPs or you can take out w/d of it in 10 days AND cycle bucket which is strictly used to repurchase more TAPs
Basics are this using TAP-1 series as example you pay $16 each for a TAP and it consists of 5 AU's advertising units which cycle every 10 days and you pay $10 for them plus a $6 training module that does not cycle. The costs of each TAP series varies and escalates in price. There are 12 modules in each TAP series. Ever 10 days the AU's you have cycle to pay you aprox 50% of what you paid for them and they do expire after a number of cycles (see NEWS item). Cycle earnings split into 2 buckets cycle bucket for repurchasing new TAPs and cycle payments you can withdraw after 10 days but if you choose to you can repurchase more TAPs using the full 100% cycle earnings right after daily cycles completed.

You are buying TAPS by making deposits of funds into your account that pay you back a 50% commission based on a 90% payout like $90 of $100 spent you would get $45 and $45 would automatically repurchase for you during the cycle period
The system has been programmed to allow automatically to take 50% of your full cycled earnings and purchase the next TAP in the series if there is enough money there in your purchase bucket. Also if you chose too you can use all money in purchase bucket and cycle pay to immediately MANUALLY purchase additional TAPS after cycling has completed for the day.
Example let's say you have purchased all 12 of TAPs-1 so you earn 12 x $4.50 or $54 when you cycle this assumes all were purchased on same date. Now your full earnings is split into 2 buckets $27 into purchase bucket and $27 into cycle pay bucket. Since your next TAP 2.1 costs $32 the system can not automatically purchase it for you cause your purchase bucket only contains $27 and that makes you $5 short. However if you choose to you can MANUALLY purchase the next TAP 2.1 for $32 using both buckets or just the purchase bucket amount $27 plus $5 from your existing EW total amount. If you choose to not purchase then both buckets amounts will stay in place till next cycle has completed 10 days from last complete cycle for your 12 TAP-1's. Your cycle pay will be held 10 days before you can withdraw
Training and Advertising package
Purchase a Training and Advertising package (TAP) at $16 plus a one time $10 registration fee, The TAP consists of $10 (5) Advertising Units (AU) and a $6 Training pack (a non commissionable requirement for compliance)
AUs from each TAP cycles every 10 days on the hour (CST) after time of purchase, there is a 50% mandatory repurchase 50% to withdraw, you may choose to purchase more with your earnings or choose to withdraw them after 10 days.
Cycle withdrawals are paid one cycle in arrears cycle 1 gets paid on cycle 2, 2 on 3 and so on, 50% of AUs expire after cycle 6 and 50% retire after cycle 12 depending on purchase dates as there are others bought along the way there are consecutive expirations so you will not end up with zero AUs for cycling.

How do I pay for TAPs.
To purchase TAPs click "Make Payment" on left menu, you will see the cost of TAP1.1 $16 to be paid from your E-Wallet balance click preview you will see the amount then click "Pay Now" if you have funds to buy more than 1 keep repeating the process, all TAPs have to be bought in order through the 5 TAP series with the program knowing which one is next in line to bepurchased.
How to withdraw.
To withdraw click on "Withdrawals" on the left menu, then click on "make a withdrawal request" for the withdrawal button to be active you need to check
that your "Account Profile" is completed including your SSN TAX or Gvmt ID #, and have the minimum withdrawal amount of $20 in your available balance, all withdrawal go to i-Payout.

Hi, My Name is Danny Cianciulli CEO of Wealth4All TEAM
Here is a synopsis of events that brought me to this point here today were you are reading this biography:
• Born in Italy
• Achieved diploma as a Mechanic Technician in 1966 in Naples , Italy
• Migrated to Switzerland
• Back to Italy in 1970 and from there I migrated to the US
• Worked in construction with a unionized company during the day and in a factory in the evenings
• Back to Italy
• Returned to the US
• I started a landscaping business that same year and expended to construction; I had employed 2 gardening crews with 3 men each cutting grass & one crew with 3 men including myself doing construction.
• Became Born Again in August 8 1981 (very important date in my life)
• I bought a gas station and repair shop located in the central area of New Rochelle
• I started a moving company in 2006 till 2008.
• Started as a full time marketer in 2006, before that, I was doing internet marketing part time with all my workers involved in paid-per-click advertising, (what a joke).
Now, since the Lord saved me in 1981, I had a strong desire to help people; I tried in many ways and made and lost a lot of money, but it did not satisfy me in what I really wanted to do.
In 1985 – 1989 in conversations with the Lord on two occasions, I received and accepted the title to be a VOICE for Him, never stopped to be a voice even though I went through many trials and testing, but through it all I confidently declare the Lord has been my help and strength.
I started a company named Voice in the Desert Inc, which now has evolved into Wealth4allTeam, Inc. I have done many things and failed many times, I met Marianne Howard & Mike Clark in 2007 and we worked very well together even though we never meet in person for Marianne is in Binghamton NY and Mike in TX.
In September 2011 by God direction I meet with Keith Nelson, Vivienne Russell, Pastor Richard Brantley and Victor Ronzulli this is to just to name a few, there were many others. Today the advisory board of directors is composed of 7 members with Victor Ronzulli as our COO, Keith Nelson our CTO and myself as CEO of the company.
As we have experienced a tremendous growth and success, we have added and are adding many other departments to ensure the longevity of the program by effectively managing and growing our business under the current leadership. There are 2686 founders all doing their part in this program.
Today I stand before you and God to ensure the property and security of the program, as God’s Bound Servant in Christ; I will not have peace till you are prosperous and as your soul shall also prosper.
