Movies need to stop using the 'slurping noise' when showing a character drinking from a straw.

The slurping noise comes from when the drink is empty, not when there is enough left to drink from.​Constantly we are shown characters, from low budget to high budget movies, drinking from cups with straws, only to have them shoe-horn in the slurping noise...AS IF WE COULDN'T SEE THEM DRINKING TO BEGIN WITH.​This has plagued me more than any other issue with any movie I have ever seen. It completely breaks my suspension of disbelief. Am I to believe that every character is just magically done with their drink, but they decide they want to drink more, knowing it is empty?​Please, professional movie makers...stop using this noise.
