Kobe's wife is a bad person for this lawsuit

This will probably get downvoted to hell because its an actual unpopular opinion, but it is a really shitty move to sue the helicopter pilot for negligence. I completely understand suing the company if that's what you think will stop future crashes, but suing the pilot's family is just wrong.Yeah her husband just died, but this won't bring him back, and that family is also dealing with the loss of the pilot, just because he's not a world famous athlete doesn't mean they aren't every bit as hurt by this as she is. I doubt they are rich and I guarantee they aren't as rich as her, so leave them alone, they need the money more than you, and this isn't going to help you deal with his death, you need to work that out yourself.idk what else to say, even if you think the pilot is responsible, he died in that crash as well, so don't take it out on his grieving family.
